Thank you for considering Jakes Lures. Jakes Lures manufactures the Spin-A-Lure, Stream-A-Lure and the Wobbler in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA. Even from the beginning of Jakes Lures, Arnold Jacobson (Jake) didn’t want people to think of Jakes Lures as a popular brand, so he focused more on making a lure that worked. On his journey Arnold tested the design in his basement by using sheet metal scrap and bending it into the unique clip shaped Spin-A-Lure that we are known for today. Arnold tested the lure in the lakes, ponds, and streams around Sheridan for around 10 years before selling the lure to the public because he wanted people to have an effective lure that catches fish. While we continue to share his goal we also want people to have a meaningful experience with each other.  We also enjoy talking to and hearing from people who have used Jakes Lures or have just heard of Jakes Lures. We enjoy being able to spread the word of the Lord Jesus Christ with every lure.
